It probably will be, though it is definitely more tame than Black Lagoon. I don't have high hopes for the ratings because it'll probably not have enough to satiate the general Toonami crowd. It's either shounen, crazy fan service, or Cowboy Bebop that does well on the block. There are exceptions, but outside of the norm shows don't too as well.
