See this I can agree with, I just don't find it amazingly hype as some people do. The story is competently put together, and the action and animation are great. It just doesn't do anything for me, I feel like the high school thing it's going for has been done better a couple of times.



Dear god, SAO has literally started in the worst way possible. This should be happening in the background as the main characters are built up, not in the foreground. There's no reason for this to take the center stage. Even with the guy killing them, most of this scene should have been background stuff while other things happen around it. Then cut to the murder.
