Michiko & Hatchin is definitely enjoyable (if not consistent), but then I don't watch the back half of the block

On a technical level (animation, music, pacing, shot framing, etc) it's excellent

But all of that is in the service of nothing as the characters are all unlikeable and the story isn't compelling at all
