Depends on if Jack gets the drop on him. Sword slices would work on someone like Yajirobe. But if Yajirobe was on alert he'd kill him. Anyone that can use ki could wreck normal humans.
Bulma has aged pretty badly compared to her mother. And that's saying something cuz Bulma has aged fantastically. Bulma should still look like she's in her late teens if her mom is anything to go by.
