Some numbers seem awfully low for the franchise.
Diamond and Pearl at 5 millions combined? really? Unless it's 5 millions each
I'm guessing that's because it's US and Western Europe only, didn't Pokemon do something like 5 million in Japan alone? That'd be your missing 5 million if so.

well, yeah, can't argue against that.
Halo as an IP is a freaking powerhouse.
It will take years for another (anyone) exclusive/stand-alone game to reach that.
Anyoe has the data about the next best selling game after halo 3 to be exclusive/standalone?
it has to be wii-play right? people buy 2 or 3 of them.
Looking at the chart it would have to be Pokemon at 5 million or Mario Galaxy at 4.1 million for consoles.
Don't be too boastful though, this chart is only US and Western Europe so it shows pretty much every 360 game sold last year whereas it only has between 50% and 90% of DS and Wii sales. Smash Bros. has to already be at 4 million in the US and Japan, is still still selling well in Japan and strongly in the US, and still had Europe to enter the mix. Super Mario Galaxy is still selling well and will get major bumps every Nov/Dec here on out, and we will see how Mario Kart Wii does. I'm not as aware of what's happening on the Sony side but GT5 seems pretty big.
