Before the name is switched to the title of the game its called TestApp*numbers*. Halo 1&2 had their TestApp changed to the title of the game where as Halo 3 did not.

They also had the type changed from App to Game where again Halo 3 did not.

You can log into Steam on PS3 as long as you're in Portal 2 and I've seen the prompt come up in CS:GO when I did the trial for fun, but i didn't try to connect. Would be interesting if instead of going against the consoles they decided to work with them license older games etc.

It's not impossible. I've always suspected that the end-game to Microsoft's foray into the console realm was the PC.

(Honestly, sans Steam or a copy of sorts an always-on system makes little sense otherwise)

Or you know the conclusion that makes sense, Valve's is finally updating the logo for Windows family. When a game doesn't support an iteration of an OS it shows up as a textual warning no logos. And that is the new logo for Windows not Windows 8.

Valve is horrible with this stuff, their site for the mobile app still features old images for the logos of the distribution stores (iOS, Amazon) and still features "Android Market" that was re-branded Google Play over one year ago.

KOF XIII added more achievements, essentially confirming the game.

All that is left is Halo at this point.

It goes to show how long things can be found in there with developers messing with the tools until it is actually decided on release. The first of the Joe Dangers (both coming out) was spotted there I believe prior to the release of "2" on other platforms.

Went to read some of Blow's blog posts seems he openly confirms that he has been pushing development builds onto Steam and talks about the diff patch system, etc..

I don't believe it is. Though this thread was particularly keeping track of the discoveries at that date some of which were harder to believe than usual. Depending on how Stumpokapow feels on a megalist I can add other stuff if people help track down what's been added lately.

I wonder what the Halo PC game is, that showed up on the Korean rating board. It's mentioned to be a TPS, but it's called "Bootcamp". Could it be just the Korean version of Spartan Assault?
