In an simultaneous interview with the German tabloid Bild and the British Times, Trump said NATO is obsolete, as members don't pay what they should do, and it doesn't fight terrorism.
He also critizised Merkel for her policy on immigrants (he calls them "illegals") and said BMW will have to pay a 35% tax for all cars produced in their new Mexico plant.
And apparently, he also stated that Brexit was a good thing to happen which will make the UK great again and that other EU countries are to follow en-suite, "as a friend told him".

Pretty sure this is going breaking news soon...
And yes, he did that 10 months ago in an ABC interview, but he wasn't president-elect at that time...

Here's an English source:
https://www.bloomberg.com/politics/...obsolete-and-dismisses-eu-in-german-interviewU.S. President-elect Donald Trump called NATO obsolete, predicted that other European Union members would follow the U.K. in leaving the bloc and threatened BMW with import duties over a planned plant in Mexico, according to an interview with Germany's Bild newspaper that will raise concerns in Berlin over trans-Atlantic relations.
Quoted in German from a conversation held in English, Trump predicted Britain's exit from the EU will be a success and portrayed the EU as an instrument of German domination with the purpose of beating the U.S. in international trade. For that reason, Trump said, he's fairly indifferent whether the EU breaks up or stays together, according to Bild.
