Backstory:
The popular martial arts manga, starting with the series Grappler Baki and followed by New Grappler Baki, Baki - Son of Ogre and Baki Dou (currently running), has been in print long enough for George Bush and Barack Obama to both make appearances in it.
The most powerful guy in the world, essentially, is a martial artist named Yujiro Hanma. He aligns himself with the United States, and every president swears allegiance to keep up a treaty of friendship with him. Since his existence hasn't really been public knowledge, every president is 'briefed' on him and then meets him in person. They usually piss themselves in fear over him.
And now that Trump's become the president-elect, Itagaki has drawn a chapter in which Trump is briefed on Yujiro's existence by Obama (clearly parallel to that news article we all saw about Trump being overwhelmed by the scope of the office) and meets Yujiro in person.
Essentially, the chapter starts with Trump asking why they can't just arrest this guy and Obama has to exasperatedly explain just how powerful the guy is since he's already had his trial by fire dealing with him on his first meeting.
That panel there on the bottom right is Yujiro saying to Trump that he has three minutes of his time to make the pledge. The bible seen there is to swear on when making said pledge. Interestingly, Yujiro is actually the kind of person who upholds rights for the weak and downtrodden even though he's a huge asshole and a bully towards fellow martial artists, and praised Obama for his support of minorities and the poor back during his presidency, so I get the feeling he'll be antagonistic towards Trump on a higher level. Just the intimidation he was showing towards Trump seems to show that, compared to how Obama seemed a hell of a lot more chill during his swearing of the oath.
