I'm just surprised that the response on Youtube appears to be universally pretty positive (unless there's some foulness at play).

I think I could have maybe swallowed the transition to 3rd person if it at least had a great art style/ aesthetic, but it looks like the same generic / heartless / indentityless sci-fi slop we've been getting with every multiplayer game that's been released over the last 10 years.

Not a single force gem either. Probably gonna be the premium GaaS currency. I wish Nightdive Studios would reconsider their stance on remastering Rage Wars.
