Trump (and all conservatives in my book) are garbage people, but this could so easily be an accident. People really can accidently "wave" like that. Especially if you are doing a point. I mean the Trump wave thing is an example of it. Yeah it's strange and rare, but i've seen it. It's hilarious because it fits with the target demographic of Trump's fans, I mean I guess it's possible she thought she would throw a physical "dog whistle" in there for those people, but eh I just don't buy that someone would do that on stage. They have gotten transparent in their bigotry, but not THAT transparent. Especially since they love Israel so much.
People are saying the proof it's a photoshop is the Getty images tag over the trump picture but it overlaps the screen...

to be fair, the second one is not actually when she is doing the salute. but the top one was before she did the gesture and the second one was after, so the image was up the whole time.

It's like that point wave that people do. You point your hand out with the intention of it being an acknowledgement, Like a wave, but without actually waving your hand around. She does it a couple times in that speech near the end.
