I don't think so, some stuff could get moved over, but both Sucker Punch and Guerilla are working on new IP's (I thought I heard Media Molecule is working on a new IP aswell)...and there has been speculation about what Santa Monica is working on, we'll probably hear about some stuff before the year is over or really early next year.

Well, as I said in the post you quoted, I think it has to be early next year as it was scheduled for this year. TGS doesn't mean anything any more, unfortunately.

I could see it being in March, but April-May-June all make just as much sense. I don't see it falling all the way to Q4 though. Honestly I don't think Sony wants a niche, artsy game to be out that time of the year anyway, which is probably smart.

Sucker Punch, Guerilla, Quantic Dream, and Santa Monica Studios are all most likely working on huge PS3 exclusives at the moment.
