It leads to the party getting split after a game is found more often than not.

Overall the multiplayer changes sound good, and I didn't expect any!

Settings bug fixed: all controls being set to flipped mode setting will no longer change all controls back to default
Gameplay

Medal streaks won’t reset if the host migrates to another user
Blindfire targeting adjusted so that opposing players past a certain vertical angle above and below won’t be hit. :)
Allow grenade throw while scoped
Tuned Pull Down range from 1.5 meters to 2.0 meters :)
Lowered the player running speed when players run ‘n gun by approximately 15%
Slightly increased the turn radius of run ‘n gun
Slightly decreased the turning speed during Sprint :)
Technical

Fixed an infrequent hunter spawning issue in Hunter Arena when the match round switches
Fixed several cinema crashes
Locked fast-forwarding on convoy sequence in Airstrip TDM and train sequence on London Underground TDM to 3x maximum in Cinema Mode
Fixed certain cameras in Kick Offs and Pull Downs
Fixed a late join skin bug with locked content
Fixed a split-screen Buddy treasure pickup bug
Fixed duplicate medal problem causing bad tabulation of a few medals to the player’s career stats :) hope that means no more dupes
User Interface

Objective points now show up in the player’s Competitive statistics tab instead of the Cooperative statistics tab
Added a Facebook Sign Out option
Added the Add Friend functionality in the Facebook tab
Fixed voice icon for mics not appearing in Matchmaking lobby
Adding missing weapon stats tracking for certain weapons that were not being recorded to the player stats
Fix for not displaying the entire Online ID within the “Players” column of any leaderboard.
Fix for a user having an online ID containing fifteen or more characters created in uppercase format and actively using a voice comm device.
Server

Matchmaking now waits for double the number of players in the biggest party in the room to be present before starting a game (to prevent parties from being split frequently)

Dude, no way at those patch notes. Everything sounds good!

I also can't help but laugh and get depressed at the pull down range getting increased when I leveled up Monkey Man to gold a few days ago! The increased range would have helped me tremendously! :lol :lol

Also, a big FUCK YES at being able to properly throw a grenade while being scoped in. As a sniper user, I'm so fucking happy. Can't wait to test these changes.

Run-n-gunning feels so slow now, despite only being 15% slower lolz. This is gonna change the game somewhat.

edit: I don't know if I just didn't notice it before but explosions have a cool effect where they distort the environment around them, seems new to me.

Aw man I loved run-n-gunning. Don't have a PS3 around me right now (still away at family for Thanksgiving) but I'll be sure to jump online later this week and see how this changes MP gameplay. If it makes the game feel closer to Uncharted 2, then that would be a good thing, otherwise it might be disappointing since I've just gotten used to the speed of U3.

The exact same thought crossed my mind earlier.
I'm thinking that maybe the effect was part of the motion blur system.

Man, this patch makes this game 100x better. Even the addition of the motion blur, which I didn't even notice wasn't there, helps a lot. Can't wait to replay.

Yeah that's multiplayer I'm talking about.
btw Kalseveners are proper fucked now, and pull downs are godly. I liked runngunning every now and then but this change seems to be for the best.

The visual boost that blur gave is huge. It's not as high quality in MP but it's more noticeable because of sprint. A lof of the little MP changes have made the game feel a lot better to me in MP and the SP is even better. Great patch.

So do you lose all your weapons/kickbacks/skins when you go legacy?
You keep your skins, taunts, and treasures (including unlocks). Boosters and Mods (including Co-Op ones) are reset. Weapons you've unlocked via treasures will be locked until you reach the appropriate level to unlock the base weapon.
 
I see, thanks for the info. What are the advantages of doing legacy, just a cool icon or something? I got level 100 in Gears 3 a couple weeks back, and I kinda wish there was a legacy/prestige to keep the thrill of leveling up going.

You get the icon and 4 negative boosters at legacy 1, rank 76 - 100 unlock after legacy 4 I think, and you get Fat Talbot somewhere in there. More negative boosters also unlock in the higher legacy tiers as well I think.
 
HTH. The new aiming is just fine. In fact it might even be a bit more responsive than in Uncharted 2. The auto-aim feels stickier than in U2, but it actually helps now.

(Random complaint: Stats screen doesn't seem to list Sawed Off Shotgun kills. Am I crazy, or is it true?)

the star is for finishing adventure on crushing. been playing with my mate + another guy - gaffer called tricklshady (?) terrible memory. we've only tried the bloody london underground and its impossible to get past the pushing cart bit. Hard when 1 has no headset! Also because the boosters isn't fully upgraded (no army of three ..etc). clusterbomb is quite great for it though.

GET A HEADSET!!!

Fleet Foot has been apparently nerfed significantly. So much so, that people are saying Fleet Foot 3 feels non-existent.

I have noticed a few users using it, and they didn't seem to be moving as fast.

ONE thing I have to say after playing a few matches from this patch...the aiming in the MP feels a bit slower now. I don't know what it is, but it feels a little bit off. Not as smooth as it was before. Like the cursor moves so slowly when you're aiming at someone. Kind of like what the beta review videos from TripleWRECK were talking about with the sniper rifle. I even increased the sensitivity to full, but it doesn't feel the same.

I played Team Objective matches and the amount of blindfiring I saw was so minimal I almost wanted to jump out of joy!

I've never used fleetfoot so this doesn't affect me. Also not a run and gunner (except during coop) - hopefully that doesn't mess that part of the game. Very satisfying to run around them cpu opponents with a mag/shotgun.

Well my bro just finished the game.
Gonna play it on Crushing after I beat Bulletstorm.

Arabic in the game wasn't that bad and Ramsus was a pretty cool villain IMO =P

Thank god that crazy overpowered booster was toned down. It was ridiculous how it was before.

Yepp - also I remember the outside airport area looking like shit. I have no idea why they changed it.


Edit - Maybe 3D is the reason they had to downgrad the graphics. ( fuck 3D - seriously )
