Yes, I use bitch in its appropriate form. I also use bitch as an insult here and there. I'm not British, so i do not use 'Fag' or 'faggot' to describe a smoke/wood. But I understand that the word is used that way, however I also understand that it is also mainly used as a grievous insult more so than not.

And yes, when I want to flower up my language expressively, I would like to have the option of using a word like niggardly(As I mentioned before, George RR Martin uses it quite frequently in his books.) instead of having that option taken away.

And like the other poster said, why not stop using cracker as well, despite it being used to describe an edible snack, it is also used as a slur against white people.

Pretty much niggardly is not a term I've ever heard before. But I'd look it up before calling for someone to stop using it because it's racist. Doesn't mean the person wasn't using it it in a racist context but I'd definately make sure before I did.
