Just the words 'Wild Arms 1 opening' has gotten me to start whistling the opening song. That really was an awesome game, though I wasn't nearly as fond of any of the sequels.

Well, Sony, you manged to get me to spend another $8 (bought Legend of Dragoon, Wild Arms 1 and 2, Harvest Moon, Double Dragon Neon and a couple others). Hope you're happy.

Legend Of Dragoon and VF2 are definite buys. Maybe the Wild Arms games too.

Amazing sale. Bought 7 games, because I own everything else already.

This makes up for this years shitty Steam sale where I bought nothing. Only Steam sale where I've made money instead of lost money (cards and junk).

Dino Crisis had me shook cause those dinos were fast , like at least you can escape zombies in RE but these dinos are no joke

wait, i'm 100% sure i got machinarium and munch through PS+ and now they aren't on my download list and aren't listed as "purchased"

this worries me...is this a common thing?

Hmmm never happened to me. Have you actually go into the game page? Sometimes it doesn't show up as "Purchased" from a list like the flash sales list, but once you click into the actual game's page, it'll show up as purchased.
 
Gonna be a meanie and say Legend of Dragoon ain't worth a dollar. Always funny to see how GAF has changed over the years, that game was utterly reviled on here back when it actually came out.

Wild Arms, Dino Crisis and HM:BTN are all mine, though.

AKA 'Steam sale logic'. My 900 game Steam collection (and 850 game backlog) says otherwise, but I still can't help myself (and Sony must know it).
 
Is Wild Arms 2 worth playing? Doesn't seem to have gotten very positive reviews across the board.

I'll definitely get the first one though. Always wanted to play it.

Wild Arms looks interesting but I'm not sold on it yet. Is it anything like third game?
 
Finally get to play something on my Vita again!

Definitely getting Dino Crisis 1 & 2 but not sure which Syphone to get. I remember playing 1 back in the day but I dont remember much of it and I never played 2 or 3. So which one is best one out of all 3? Also is Velocity Ultra any good?

Dino Crisis 1 is like resident evil.
Dino Crisis 2 is a straight action game that doesn't need the first game at all to be enjoyed. The only thing i'll add is that DC2 does still have the tank controls so if you can't handle that you won't like it.

Yup would be a nice gesture if they just make the PS1 games, ONLY the PS1 games that were given out with PS+ permanent on your account. They've done that with a few games before. Since they're not giving out any more PS1 games with PS+, it wouldn't be that big a deal to just do that.

You guys have had 2 great sales with a much bigger scale than NA. I STILL haven't been able to buy stuff like EDF while it was super cheap for you guys.

But I agree, not doing worldwide sales is pretty stupid.

I've seen some gameplay of DC2 and it looks pretty good regardless of the controls. I guess I'll get the second one and see if I like it. It is just a dollar after all.

Nice, bought the cave. I was interested in it last year when it came then I completely forgot about it. Now I get it in sale for a buck. Talk about a win-win situation.
 
I still had my $5 PSN credit from the PlayStation E3 Experience, so I got Syphon Filter 1-3 and Wild Arms 1 and 2. I've never played any of these games before, so I hope they hold up. If not, oh well. They were technically free anyway.
 
I love how with this week's PSN store update some people on the US blog were going "man why the fuck does EU get all the good sales while we get no good sales ever this is such bullshit" and now the europeans are doing the exact same thing.

Agreed that they should unify US/EU sales and PS+, though.
