For me, it's partly because the programming is just really bad. Aside from just furthering the typical gamer stereotype, most of the stuff on G4 just isn't all that good.

Another part of it is the sheer wasted potential. While I know that programming that caters to the purely "hardcore" gamers isn't exactly going to bring in the ratings, it would be nice to at least be tossed a bone once in a while.

Finally, I'm still pissed about the loss of TechTV.

Hmm... if a show doesn't interested you... don't watch it? I don't watch Desperate Housewives folks. I don't watch Formula Drift or whatever either. I do watch Icons, I do watch Cinematech, and I will watch their live E3 programming.

Seriously, you expect everything on an entire TV network to be aimed at exactly you? Does the presence of IGN Cars and IGN babes compromise your enjoyment of the rest of IGN? That's pretty OC.
