Cabela Hunters games I think as well

And some other stuff co-developed with other Ubisoft studios and EA.

Too few non-mobile games from any of the Baltic countries, but Disco Elysium from Estonia and The Case of the Golden Idol from Latvia are pretty great.

France used to make interesting quirky games in the 80s and 90s with Delphine Software. Infogrames, Cryo... But now there's only publishers like Microids left releasing mostly crap.

Poland is videogame superpower, imho significantly more productive than most western countries.
Czechland too is punching way above its weight. And Ukraine.

VIETNAM 🇻🇳

Flappy Bird

Hoa

Technically made in Singapore I believe but the studio was created by Vietnamese friends while studying there and the game was inspired by Vietnamese folklore. The title means "Flower" in Vietnamese.

THAILAND 🇹🇭

Asuji: The Legend of You

Bo: Path of the Teal Lotus

I think it's pretty wild how many games Sweden produces for such a small country. Devs like Massive, Mojang, DICE, Arrowhead, Paradox, Frictional Games, Hazelight Studios... A lot of huge releases, but they don't really feel all that Swedish. Especially when it's franchises like Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, Avatar and so on.

These ones I like because they feel quintessentially Swedish. I always like when games has a soul of the place they are from, like the Witcher series.

Obviously inspired by Simon Stålenhag's art and maybe the gameplay wasn't that impressive, but I really enjoy games that infuses local culture and history. This is 80's Sweden welfare porn with guns.

Loved this one, really great use of Swedish folklore. I can relive my childhood trauma all over again. 11/10 Swedishness level.

Haven't actually played it yet but seems good and based on folklore.

Cool atmospheric indie. Earlier game from the Lorelei and the Laser Eyes devs.

I think italy only made one great videogame, grezzo 2

Edit: wait i forgot about gekido and vampire survival

What the actual fuck is that?
Nevermind, please don't answer, don't even want to know.

But aren't the Assetto Corsa games sort of well regarded? I don't remember reading too many bad things about the Ride ones as well.
Never tried either, but remember being impressed by this viral video visuals:

About Poland, people forgot about these guys I personally love:

I thought assetto corsa only had an italian title tbh :lollipop_grinning_sweat:

Btw, you don't like grezzo? It's basically doom but with religious figures and italian famous people as enemies, outstanding.
