Visions of Mana is now showing as “playable on Xbox Series X|S & PC” in its Xbox store listing. Previously the title had been listed only for Xbox Series X|S.

This change comes a day before the game’s release date launch trailer. It is not yet available to purchase on the Xbox store as it does not have a release date as of today, so the price and (low) potential for inclusion in Game Pass are unknown for now.

I'm 99% sure play-anywhere games are.

But, again, this is going to be Xbox with the MS Store version of the game, not with Steam.
