Played through the first 3 levels of the opening area, and the tilt challenge there. It's good, I'll play more tonight.


Also planning to play Corpse Party at 2AM with headphones firmly shoved in. Something to look forward to :)

Rather you than me on the Corpse Party front, though. Haha. I enjoyed it but wouldn't want to play it at 2am

Yup, NP!

And hearing the games soundtrack from the official site makes the wait all the more difficult. So impressive to get a 32-sound soundtrack with that Merch edition... and the booklet looks very nice. Much more like an actual product release, rather than just some hastily-thrown-together supplimental item.

I'll save those cards for the day I learn to do Business Card Cutter as a personal special move. Or admire the art... whichever comes first!
 
So I need to get a new Vita because mine broke. :(

Can I just put the memory card into the new system and have it work? It will be using the same PSN account.

As far as I know, yeah. You might want to deactivate your old Vita's number with your PSN account, though. Since content can only be licensed to 2 portables at a time now, I believe.

Cool yeah I already had to deactivate all my Sony devices through the SEN website because I couldn't access the Vita.

Make sure you deactivate your digital content on the Sony Entertainment site to free up the 2 download limit.
 
Anyone having problems with PDF or Technika Tune not being responsive to the touch screen? the homescreen of the vita works fine but to get the touchscreen to work in either of the games i have to tear them off and start up again

Only played the DJ MAX demo but it was absolutely perfect for me, really surprised me just how silky it felt.

I've not come into any real problems with touchscreen stuff yet - the only exceptions being when I assigned face buttons to my PSP games and couldn't locate the 'corners' quite correctly, and YouTube, when I go into my favourites section and hit a video it sometimes doesn't respond, so I have to scroll up and then back down again, and it works fine. I've since learned where the 'corners' are, they just that, riiiight in the corner :D

No problems with Project DIVA f; just make sure you are doing scratching motions in alternate directions (as in scratching a turntable) and not trying to poke it. On Technika Tune, did you download the patch?

Both games become unresponsive to touch controls, it's only happened in the menu not actual songs, these are the only 2 that have done it and they're the only games i own that are imports the rest are all locally released
 
Does anyone know if Japanese games (or specifically, Hatsune Miku Project Diva f) are sold in South Korea by chance? One of my family members is going there in 2 weeks and asking me if I want anything.

Does Korea get its own Vita? In Hong Kong they only sell Japanese Vitas and software because there's no Chinese Vita so yeah.
 
Would ACIII: Liberation be available on the PSN Store right at midnight, or do we have to wait until the store updates later in the day?

Is there a list of what PSP Vita games are available digitally? I'm thinking of getting the system with a few games like MVC3 and Wipeout, but would like it all to be digital.
 
I can't believe how messed in the head it is that LuchaShaq didn't bring his Vita to work and answer all of our questions during his work time. I mean, who does that?

Really? SCEE usually puts them up at midnight, lol. Friday releases go up at midnight anyway - i assume Assassin's Creed (which releases on a Wednesday in UK which is very rare) will go up at midnight too.

So my original plan was to buy NFS MW and wait a couple of weeks or so for AC3L because of money, but it turns out my fiancee is buying me AC3L for my birthday! I opened my gifts tonight, and she got me some clothes that didn't fit, so we returned it and we're just going to wait until the 30th and get the game instead.

Good stuff.

EVERY Vita game that's been released thus far is available digitally. That may change when DJMax Technika Tune finally ships but apart from that you can purchase and download MvC3, Wipeout 2048 and anything else you wish to your Vita as soon as you have one.

Just make sure you get a memory card along with it if going the full digital route.

In the case of that game, a digital release has been confirmed but there's no clue as to how long of a wait there will be between when the 750 limited edition physical copies are shipped out and when the digital version will go online.

It could be the next PSN update day (like we're assuming right now) or it could be several weeks afterwards. Hence in that one case, a game with physical availability might NOT be available digitally right away.

I heard something about the game being available digitally later on, just not right at launch to help drive sales of the physical copies since they're not distributing to stores or anything
