Yeah, but they don't get the The Main Game is better issue. Revelations didn't get this much either. Vita games though are compared to versions on home consoles that just have more horsepower. Hell it wasn't this bad on PSP. The GTA games there got great reviews and they were inferior to their console big brothers. I dunno what it is that sony did to the games press but holy crap the hate for this system is palpable.
 
Birth By Sleep has a fairly low metascore. Most of the fandom agrees it's one of, if not the best entry in the franchise yet it has a worse score than Days, a game that's largely considered the worst.

There might be some truth to it. I noticed Need for Speed: Most Wanted 5-1-0 isn't on the Vita Store, lol.

That's accurate though!
I've played and beaten every KH except 3D, which I couldn't even finish. So bad.

Saying Revelaitons doesn't get the "main game is better" treatment seems misguided since it's widely considered (by Resident Evil fans) a better game than 5 and 6. I wish it weren't on 3DS because I really don't think it was a good choice of platform. That was probably the worst thing about it lol.

I think the problem isn't that the Vita gets shat on more than the 3DS, just that most of the games media has recently become pretty jaded/disinterested with handhelds in general. The 3DS has something of a safe haven in that regard in Nintendo-focused outlets, which is where most of the attention comes from. Vita's problem is there aren't all that many Sony-specific outlets and the general sites are ignoring handhelds in general, nowadays.

That's the way I see it, at least.
 
Basically, it's Black Ops: Declassified page on Cod.com and it states that you can play 4 vs 4 WiFi mutliplayer in franchise favourite modes. As we know, there's no Zombies in this game.

Also, the font the chose for "Before the future could be won, history had to be written" is horrible.

I REALLY want Sine Mora on my Vita :\ Day one download, that game will look gorgeous on dat OLED. Also, source?

So many Vita games to look forward to though - EDF, Let's Fish: Hooked On!, Soul Sacrifice ... tons more I can't think of :O

As mentioned, this is Nihilistic's final game. They're changing their name to iNstigate and focusing on digital games now.
 
Why do you think the multiplayer games are limited to 4vs4? I played Medal of Honor on PSP a lot, it had 16vs16 multiplayer and it was awesome. Except for the cheaters of course.

Less strain on PSN servers, perhaps? Early PSP games worked on independent servers, the same way online was on the PS2.
 
Argh, smart as.. Demo won't delete. Just sits there in 'please wait'. Is a 'reset by holding down power button' ok this situation?

Got Golden Abyss platinum last night...that bounty farming puts a blemish on what was otherwise an excellent game.

Time for Liberation.
 
I got a Vita on friday, had some extra cash due to deciding against buying certain things this year so I figured why not, wanted to buy something bigger as there's nothing remaining now except a few 3DS games and the Steam sale for me.

Picked up a few games already, got the AC III bundle, went online and bought Dokuro and Little King's Story since those are online exclusive in the US.

Ordered Gravity Rush and Uncharted from retail, strongly considering ordering Virtue's Last Reward as well. I already have it for 3DS but haven't gotten to dig into it much yet and that save bug is terrifying me and I'm sure it'll look much nicer, just getting sick of reselling shit lately.

Looking for a few more to throw in a list for the future. Don't want any console multiplat titles, giving a glance to Ragnarok and Unit 13.

Pretty much the PSN only games, Mutant Blobs (aka Carl's game) and Sound Shapes come to mind.

Yeah, no. 3D is almost on par with BBS. BBS has the better level up system for abilities, but 3D improves on the combat system. They are both among the best KH games, only II FM comes close from the other ones.
 
So what if Blops is actually ... decent? Not talking 9/10 ... but 6-7/10?

Are we talking current Vita review 6-7? Because that would mean its actually a good game :p

I was thinking of that earlier too though. Whether those "B studios" get to make sequels to Vita games or whether its just a one off to be presented on the platform.

Well tbh, if the average 'good' game went back to a '7'. Then reviewers might be redeemed.
But yeah, trying to figure out what will happen. I mean it's no secret just how much extra monies map packs and shit makes. Now if the audience is there, then it would completely retarded for Activision (or Sony) to tap into that.

Then again if it sells good enough, Activision might pick up the slack for next year's rump.
