I'm nearly at the end of Gravity Rush, which took me longer than Uncharted due to having more games than I had hoped for by the time I started playing it.
At chapter 18 (or 20?) and I have really enjoyed it. Hope they make a sequel with a few minor adjustments to the controls. Kat is a lovely character too.

Wow i saw yesterday a dedicated CoD Vita ads in Polish TV. I think that's the first one fully dedicated to Vita we had here (previously it was advertised along ps3).

I'm hopeful in the UK at least that the Vita is going to have some good holiday sales, as it seems more major retailers have dropped the price to around £160-170 which moves it into an impulse purchase region.
I wonder if the reduction has anything to do with Sony being close to announcing an official price drop in the new year.
My copy of Persona 4 golden is probably at 40,000ft making it's way over the pond as I type this, I just hope it doesn't end up stuck in customs over christmas. >_<

Unfortunately screenshots only work in native Vita mode, not Ps1 or Psp. Such a great, great game. I should just finally rebuy it instead of being such a cheapskate to wait for a sale on a 5,99 title just because I already bought it twice physically.
Havent played it in quite a while,looking forward to the replay with Corrosive and hopefully others. Btw, as I already said, you should probably play with pen and paper
Sony lowered the price during december. Supposed not to be permanent, but that will come sooner or later.
Ah didn't know Sony had agreed the discounts. Fingers crossed it proves to be a positive move and Sony are able to adjust the price permanently in the new year.

The Vita came at 19:20 and every store is closed at 20:00 here in germany, so I had to run to the city and bought a 8GB Memory Card (with included Motorstorm Game) for 34,99.
So... I started the Vita, Updated everything, downloaded Uncharted and Gravity Rush in 20 Minutes and bought Final Fantasy 9 (the best FF
). Rayman comes tomorrow by mail.

I don't really understand the people which say that Vita has no games and that it sucks, it's an amazing handheld and I love it, everything looks amazing, controls amazing and everything is so fast. Loads more countries to pass through though. It won't be a direct flight unless you paid for like FedEx or whatever. If you chose something like SAL, then it just gets shipped wherever.
You can't have two profiles though, and you can't use your credit card, and you can't get trophies for your main profile.
Importing is much better option.
Ordered mine from play-asia last week. I would recommend buygame2 but it's currently on backorder there. Took only a week for E.X. Troopers to arrive.
First you can still switch between profiles. Second the US profile should be your main profile anyway (at least for the vita). Third you can use PSN cards (and you can buy those with your credit card for cheap on amazon.com).

Mate, I understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but this is awful advice, and completely bonkers.

Amazon.com is just one option, you can get these cards basically everywhere. Also you can still just buy physical EU versions. And usually there is really no need to constantly switch the profiles, so there is no incredible amount of effort.
If you just got your Vita (and don't have EU PS+), it's a good idea to finally create and use a US account.
I am very happy myself. Got VLR and P4G much earlier and much cheaper this way. And there are more games (e.g. PSP games) that were only released in the US, which I couldn't even play without my US account.

It's like they put all the good parts of the previous three LBP's in a blender, mixed it with some of their special ingredients and put some extra Vita and OLedness on top like a chery on a cake.
And Acing is challenging and fun again, yay!

EU PSN has much higher selection of Vita compatible PSP/PS1 games and get's tons more discounts on PSV/PSP/PS1 digital content as well as typically better games on PSN+ (looking at last months of PSN+ for ps3 at least).
US has advantage in day 1 digital prices mostly.
Plus if you make US account and live in EU- you will need to order all your retail games from US if you want to buy DLC or use online passes for them.

No it's not.
The prices are a little cheaper if you don't wait for sales. But given the number of sales on Vita content (including Vita, PSP, and PSOne) games, the prices come out about even if not better in EU. Add a better release schedule for most of the time (EU gets more stuff more quickly in most cases, at least for digital releases, save Persona 4, I think) as well as Sony staff that pay attention and choose awesome titles for their PS+ freebies and it's a no brainer. If I could push a button to transfer my US account to an EU account, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Hell, if I knew about the Vita and Plus when I created my "main" account 5 years ago, it would have been an EU account.

What PSP games are US only? I can only think of Portable Ops and that game works in EU and not US.
You living in the US? My big plus for the US are exchange rates. Buying a game on launch in Germany will always cost me 20% more than in the US, making it a rather huge saving for me. Pretty glad with my US decision.

It's not? My sister must have imported it then back in the day.
As for PE3, I already bought it when it was on sale for £7,99. I've heard it for lack of a better term, shits on everything PE series and Aya stood for. I remember liking those games quite a bit, but for some reason I've completely forgotten everything about them.
If I essentially go in as someone new to the series, who won't be outraged by certain stuff, could I still enjoy it?

I'll always remember when I started my Vita for the first time with Uncharted and Wipeout, it felt like I was in 2017, such a wonderful handeld.
God help me I swore I would not buy another memory card for the Vita. But between my rewards cash and 20% off at best buy thinking of buying a 16 gig card. Be around 30 dollars after tax for 16 gig card for me. Then I could put a bunch of games on there for my stimulation test monday morning. Damn best buy and this sale lol.
