What is the gameplay like? Hard to get any idea based on the Director's Cut trailer I watched. It almost looked Metroid'ish though.

And any NJ Vita owners? I have actually been shocked by the rise in numbers in NEAR. Have owned the Vita since Day 1, and the number of people on NEAR used to be sad. There were literally only 4 of us for well over a year. The other day when I fired it up, there were 36 people, and I think I only have it set for a 10 mile radius. Still, that number should be so much higher, but has been interesting to see it grow since launch.

Like a point and click if you could actually walk around and look at things/pick things up with normal 2D controls. Hold L for some inventory shortcuts. I haven't gotten a weapon yet, but it's R to brandish and I'm expecting it to work fine. It really is 2D survival horror when it comes down to it... no jumping or anything that makes you especially capable. Threats aren't dealt with via QTE's. I'd say it's more interactive and more "gamey" feeling than something like Telltale's Walking Dead, despite 2D seeming simpler by nature.

I gotta go on Near and see what it's like. I was down in the middle of nowhere in Kansas for about a year, and even that number started to grow by the time I left. I'm in Denver now, and I think I checked once... way more nearby Vita owners, obviously.

Hello. I am having a weird problem and was wondering if anyone has noticed anything like that. Now i am missing a bubble with 2 games in it (psp games persona 3 and valkyria chronicles 2). I cannot find it anywhere on the 3 screens i have so far. I do see the space occupied and i do see them (i can transfer them) in the content manager.

Any idea why they are invinsible?

I've only ever seen new bubbles disappear when I reach the 100 app limit and the icon doesn't appear, but never already-existing bubbles just go invisible.

I've changed to this mentality too.
I couldn't justify $12 to buy it again... so I tried to win it from a GAFer's contest on twitter but missed out. So at this point, $11.50 is too much for me to double dip, especially after watching someone screw around with the first 20 minutes of the game or so... I don't think it's something I'd enjoy right now.

So I'll just keep doing Dragon's Crown... or I'll start up Killzone and use my double XP code.

I've played Orochi 3 on PS3 and that Vita trailer actually holds up pretty decently to it imo. Though WO3 is hardly the best looking game to start with.

Just downloaded Katamari from the EU Plus offers. Heard it is by far not the best Katamari but I never played one before and I had a ton of fun in the first levels. Playing with headphones, love the soundtrack!

I think it might be the best Katamari game, right alongside Katamari Forever.

What on earth. This is the first I've even heard of the game. The premise (rouge-like dungeon crawler) sounds great. I need to look into this.

I'm kind of interested in the curry game, but at the same time, it just sounds way too tacky for me to take it seriously. The fact that curry is a big part of it kind of turns me off to the whole game. Not ruling it out yet though- I want to see more of it first.
