Wanted: Dead |OT| Ex-Team Ninja Gun Fu

Well, W: D bros, I've graduated and joined the "Japanese hard" magna cum laude club.

Recorded some "Japanese hard" footage:

Onto chilling out with "Neko-chan" mode and some mini games.

I got the platinum and let me guess, "Japanese Hard" wasn't as hard as people made it out to be? I loved every second of the game. For some reason this game really clicked with me, reminds me of the quirky PS2 days of games. The game is still fun as hell, but got God Handed by the "mainstream" reviewers. I so hope there is a sequel

Fucking Hertzog cracked me up every time he said something. The most WTF moment for me in the game(of which there are many, in a good way) was when some random Australian guy does a narration of the history of Ramen

The game received a major balance patch at one point to decrease difficulty in a number of ways. I haven't played Japanese Hard since then, but I remember it being pretty challenging. Lots of long areas with checkpoints spread out, numerous enemies. It was doable but certainly a lot of people won't do it.

I got all the trophies except "Severance Pays" as the trophy was bugged and the trophy "Quarter Eater" as that was just plain impossible and unfair. So I did everything even before the game was rebalanced and the trophy was patched and the Space Runaway hard was rebalanced. And still, Japanese Hard Mode wasn't overly difficult. But replayed it again after the patch to get my final trophy for Severance Pays so played through it on all game modes again. Man I love this game so much.

P.S. Edited my post to correct myself. Quarter Eater I also didn't get as there is a Space Runaway Hard Mode trophy which was fucking impossible, they luckily fixed it as well

From a comedy standpoint, they had a great setup in having a character who was deaf but ultimately didn't know how to execute successfully and consistently to maximize comedic relief.

Bought it for every platform, great game. Finished it 3 or 4 times now but will get the Platinum later in the year.

After how much I loved it, felt bad for paying only $7 from steam lol. I ordered a nib special addition for ps5. One reason I like physical games is to have a little souvenir of my time with a game. Usually I know ahead of time which games I'm doing that for but I haven't had a surprise come up like this in a long while.

A friend and I had the same thing with Metro. Got it for like 3 bucks on a sale. We felt really bad, like we mugged the devs, so we always keep buying the Metro games on every platform to atone for our sins.
