Primal definitely deserves a video game adaption. You should be able to swap between Spear(Neanderthal Man) and Fang(Female T-Rex) on the fly with the A.I controlling the other. Unison attacks and mounted fights should be included. I wouldn't mind if it were made by Soleil who did a great job with the most recent game based on Tartakovsky’s Samurai Jack. I had a blast playing it.
Primal has stellar creature design and this guy would make for a great boss battle:
