In Canada, Harvey's is the best.

However, I recently came back from overseas and I must say that Mos Burger is one of the best places I've eaten at (fast food wise). Their Naan Tacos was too good. Plus, they brought out the food to me and gave me water in glass cups.

Hmm, I've checked it out and it seems McDonald's now does give you receipts all the time. It wasn't that way before though, unless you were going through the drive-thru (my last case must have been an exception).
