So I'm waiting on the uptown B/D platform at West 4th, and there's this 50ish year old white woman in pink, with a backpack, sobbing hysterically pacing up the platform. It seemed out of place and a bit eerie, but I thought maybe she was just having a bad day.

I began to follow her a bit, keeping distance, just in case, as I sensed there could be a bigger problem, and then I heard her say to herself "I don't want to live anymore."

... yeah, so, upon hearing that, I bolted up the stairs to the station agent, alerting her that there's a possible suicide attempt on the uptown B/D platform, and gave a description of the woman. She notified the transit police, and I ran back down to look for the woman, who at that point was now gone...

I asked a few people, and they seemingly didn't know where she went, or didn't bother to take notice, and then a minute or so later, two TA cops, and another MTA employee were pacing the platform looking for her.

I guess perhaps my bolt up the stairs spooked her...

OR MAYBE SHE WAS SACRIFICING HERSELF SO THAT THE MANA IN OUR WORLD WOULD FINALLY RESTABALIZE BITCH AND YOU JUST SCREWED THAT UP. I BET YOU FEEL PRETTY STUPID NOW.
