Welp, today was the day that the site reached 1,000,000 unique views. Pretty amazing feat I must say so myself. LOL :lol
I even stayed up just to capture the moment:
Actually, I didn't put that counter up until about 2-3 days into the site going live, so it's well over a million considering that was during the height of the popularity. The page views have trickeled down to about 7-8k a day, nothing like the 1,000,000k a day that was eating up terabytes of bandiwdth a day. My host racked up a $900+ bill when it got shut down for the second time. Thankfully, I only had to pay a small part of that fee out of my own pocket. It was fun while it lasted though!
We have another video in the works, I dunno if it's funny or not, but we're giving it a shot anyway, what the hell! It definitely won't be as popular as this odd phenomenon though. I actually hope that it won't due to the nightmare the sheer amount of traffic that the Lohan site put us through. That was some truely CRAZY shit. :lol
Just wanted to give my thanks one last time to you guys for making this so successful. After all, this is pretty much the only place I posted it with the exception of a few other spots. So, essentially it blew up because of GA.
