maybe a side point but the concept of "persons of color" bothers me. Everyone has color. Even White people have color. Only Albinos are without color, and even then most albinos are straw-albinos so they have a little bit of color. It bothers me because not only is it perversely inaccurate, but also because it is divisive and arbitrary. There is nothing wrong with accepting differences between people. Different groups of people have different cultures and to a very superficial extent somewhat look different. But to separate "White people" (who aren't actually white) from "Others" who are somehow more "of Color" and then lump them together without regard to culture, history or geography offends the intellect.
