When I lived there, the bogans, middle class whoever were all extremely racists towards the natives and anyone who wasn't white tbh, to the point I had to walk out a bbq because the N bomb was being used none stop, and not in a joking way.

Maybe "they're all" is a bold claim, but everyone I met, who were white Australians were out with it, only white people who weren't, were ex-pats


Also something like 85% all the worlds camels come from Australia...or something like that

If Australia were a scale, the East coast’s population would tip it over. Not many people live inland, they are scattered all around the edges, but east coast is the largest by far.

It’s basically the coasts that aren’t, but the coasts from about 1/3 and down. Anything above that gets a wet season sometimes. Otherwise it’s always dry.

There’s a town called Coober Pedy where over half the people live underground to escape the desert. I personally haven’t been, but wouldn’t mind a trip someday.

Yeah I'm not far from you in Townsville and it's basically the same here. Originally from Brisbane up until maybe 5 years ago though and whenever I go back it feels like a different place.
