I have 3 things I’d try if I were in your situation:

1. Get a blood test to check testosterone levels
2. Get boner pills
3. Join us in the fitness OT and start getting in shape. If your dr gives you testosterone therapy, it would give a huge boost with this and you’d feel better. Also once in shape you’ll be better positioned to dominate your current wife, and if that doesn’t work, find a new one.

Treating the symptoms won't necessarily treat the underlying disease, fitness is going to help but I've heard erectile dysfunction can be an early warning sign of atherosclerosis. That means probable heart attack down the line. Should get that checked and investigate about preventive measures.

edit: from the additional data it might not be an early sign of atherosclerosis if the issue doesn't present under different circumstances.

I can relate. I moved in with a girlfriend and after a time she didn't want sex anymore. Consider it a blessing in disguise. Just think how hard off everyone is that's stuck in a bad marriage because of kids. It's good you're getting into shape, but if you have someone at home putting you down, ditch her. I've spoken to plenty of older people who got divorced, and they all say similar things. "I realized I'm just wasting time staying in a situation where I'm not happy." If you're not emotionally into someone, it can also have a big effect on getting excited. I've had trouble with that too, so don't worry about it. After you get your home life together, fix your work.
