So, what is your favorite character with updated redesign of all time?

To me of course i have few, but my favorite ever is Kazuya Mishima in Tekken 4. From Tekken 2/TTT1 to Tekken 4 (He was not in Tekken 3, plus TTT1 was pretty much same as Tekken 2 design but with better graphics)

The scares, the red eye, not only made him even cooler that ever, but it was also tied to the lore, it was fucking mindblowing, speacially for that time (2001). To me it's definitely my number one redesign Shocker (in a positive way). He was already super iconic in Tekken 2, but in Tekken 4 he simply became the ultimate absolute GOAT.

If you'd count it, the change in art/Link Between LA and OOT. I LOVE the feeling the original four titles' art evoked, and I always will, but that shift into 90's Shonen swordsmen really SUITED the time period and probably spawned in part the endless Link vs. Cloud debates that were common at my school, growing up, at any rate. OOT was my first Zelda/game in general, so I suppose the Hero of Time will always be "Link," to me.

Also, Raiden in MGS2 to MGS4. Yeah, he was kind of a cheesy over the top anime sponsored My Chemical Romance lyric generator in the game where he became a cyborg, buy without it, Revengeance wouldn't have happened. You know what they say: "In the end it had to be this way,"

I was 16 at the time and thought that sequence with him holding a sword with his teeth was the coolest thing ever.
