FES first for the full story and if you like it try p3p FeMc afterwards.
ugh. i have this, pandora's tower and xenoblade. they all look shitty upscaled...
A big problem for me is that the gameplay in 3 sounds kind of awful after playing 4 so much and also, I play almost strictly portable games. It's going to be very difficult for me to find the time to sit in front of the TV for all those hours...

It's been a long while since I played Persona 3, but which one is the 180 level boss again?
My pattern for playing Persona 3 is always like this: zooming straight to the boss floor from the floor the team started, only fighting the monsters that are in the way, never bothering actually filling the map or whatnot.
I never had any problems with bosses by doing that. Well, "never had any problems" is not exactly true but I beat them all just fine. Not too many grinding necessary too, especially if you have been expanding your persona collection.
And hell, I played Persona 3 FES where you can't even control your team-mates. Your playing the version where you can control them so it should be way easier experience than mine, hahaha.
So play it on the Vita or PSP. The FES only content (the Answer) isn't worth playing, forget about it and watch it on youtube.
Someone convince me to continue, please. : (
Ni No Kuni.
Started it nearly a year ago. I keep getting back to it because I want to finish the story but it's just such a bad game. Gameplay is just running from A to B and every single thing is told you straight away. Combat is so bad that I skip everything I can so now I'm at a point where killing bosses is impossible unless I'm willing to run around spamming magic for ages (level 22 in Hamelin) and thinking about having to grind levels just makes me quit the game. At this point I'd even take a turn based combat system because of the AI and I've never been a huge fan of those.
Someone convince me to continue, please. : (
Agreed on memory stuff and alchemy but I still really enjoyed Ayesha. Not irked by lack of Japanese dub since English is the default voice in the Atelier games and that's how I played them.
Ranking all four on PS3: Totori = Meruru > Ayesha > Rorona
Ayesha has the worst alchemy system out of the lot.
Only a few hours in so far of ETERNAL SONATA. Slow to start it seems but hoping it gets better or something.

Bought Final Fantasy XIII-2 since it's like $6 on Xbox Live. Figured if I like the Lightning Returns demo, may as well get a play-through in.
SMTDS2 - like 8 hours in
WTF WTF WTF
Good wtf or bad wtf?
bad wtf
I rather enjoyed it.
Then again, that was a long time ago. What exacly displeased you?
Just rinished the Ligntning returns demo (wasn't really long, when I think back to BD's one...), pretty impatient to get the game now.
oh I don't feel bad about it. Bad for all the characters since the odds seem stacked against them. I liked it myself.
Just got done with Tales of xillia, may be moving on to Lightning returns next, I'm unsure.
bad wtf
errbody 'bout to put on some plot armor.
Ah yeah well, Megaten games aren't exactly known to be lighthearted.
Quick question: I stopped just after. How long would I have left if I picked it up again?I got out in the "real world"
Sorry i don't really understand, as there are many situations in the game that could relate to that, more specifically, where were you in the game?
Couple of hours (or even less) after beating the old guy Maxwell, after waking up at Alvin's cousin's place.
