What mouse do you use?

oLQqojzm.jpg

Another one for Steelseries Sensei. To me it feel a lot like the old Microsoft IntelliMouse.

Indeed I did... it was close but I kept accidentally hitting the side buttons. Really wanted to like it.

What about the Kinzu? The sensor isn't as good, but there are no side buttons and it actually looks a little closer to the the Microsoft Optical Mouse since the shell is a tiny bit shorter and has a higher arch.

Not trying to badger you or shill for Steelseries, just throwing out some possibilities.

Love this thing. Not expensive, smooth as silk, and slightly larger than other claw grip mouses I've used, which is great for my large hands.

Overall claw grip is a must for me; more precision, less fatigue.

The dedicated DPI toggle buttons are nice, but I do hit them accidentally once in awhile.

I also have the CM Storm Xornet and I absolutely love it. I was in an accident and have some nerve damage in my right hand so I am claw grip all the way. I am beyond psyched that this cheaply priced mouse is perfect for me and performs really well. For now it is my go-to mouse, and I will buy another when this one inevitably dies. And it'll only cost me $30!

Previously, I had 2 Logitech gaming mice in a row -- the G5 and then the G500 -- die on my after exactly 2 years of use. They are really comfortable mice and work fabulously but seem to be designed to die every 2 years. I got the first one before my accident and I suspect I was more of a hybrid palm/claw user back then. Still, these are also really comfortable, fully-featured mice that are reasonably priced, at least from a PC gaming perspective.

Had an MX518 for the longest time until it got replaced by the G9X.

Super comfy and sleek. I love the adjustable weights and tracking speeds. Using the high precision shell pictured on the right side here.

Sorry for a slight thread bump, but question regarding Steelsiers Rival to those who own it. Is it just me, or that rubber coating is coming off real quick on those things? Looking to get one, but from what i've seen it starts to look all glossy real soon.

This!
I'm looking for a palm grip mouse for my big and clumsy hands.
Any recommendations?

For the last 2 years I've "got imba". Best gift from my fiancee I've ever received. However...

On my secondary gaming rig. 10+ years stronk. The king refuses to die.

I only played guild wars 2 with this... it was pretty good. I don't play any MMO's anymore, but i still find it useful in some single player games.

Is this good for palm grip?
I can get this one for a very good price, but i'm not sure about the quality. Any good?
Mouse feels excellent (I also use palm grip) and the build quality is superb. I haven't really used the sniper button though. Definitely worth the money.

Steelseries Rival is missing because the pic is old. It has a flawless sensor and a palm design. Logitech g402 is another good recent choice but it depends if you like the shape or not.

Check this before buying anythinghttps://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZzbKDmFOqsP_ut2RdctD01OEbZzbXol6HLwqVkSmZcg/edit?pli=1

We finally got some flawless sensors in a consumer grade mouse.

Buy a zowie ec evo or a rival.

Thanks man. :)
I really need to change my old mice asap, the scroll wheel started to go crazy and it scrolls by itself.

Awesome!!
This should also help me decide. It sucks to have the hands so big and fingers too long.

Well there's no problem for you. I prefer smaller mice and there's really no choice at the moment.

A really big mouse is the g400s but I don't like it because it has added input lag due to 4000 dpi rom. But for big hands is awesome shape-wise.

The rival is huge, maybe that's what you are looking for.

edit: check out the g100s. It's small but it has a really nice shape (and kinda unique atm) with a flawless sensor (same one as the g402) and it's dirty cheap http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BCEK2LK/?tag=neogaf0e-20

Picked up the Steelseries Rival for my new PC. I haven't actually used it while gaming or anything yet, but I fear it may be a bit too big for my bitch hands. I'll give it a go then see about getting a different one if it isn't comfortable. The actual product seems great though, buttons feel nice and all that jazz.

It's called the Call of Duty Black Ops Stealth mouse but it's basically a branded Mad Catz RAT 7 gaming mouse without the adjusable thumb and pink rests. You can lengthen the mouse by pulling out the part that fits into your palm. Never used the weights as the mouse is heavy enough for my hand.

In regular use I have the thumb buttons on back/forward, and the horizontal wheel to skip back and forth in iTunes/Spotify.

Retired my MX510 a couple months back - it finally bit the dust after trusty service since 2003. Now got a SteelSeries Sensei Wireless which is doing me veeeery nicely.

is it worth the price? I can't bring myself to spend that much money on a mouse. :(

Recently got a Logitech Performance MX. HATED it at first but now it's my favorite mouse. I'd love to buy another one for work if it wasn't so expensive.

I have about 10 mice I go through phases of discomfort and pain in my hands due to psoriatic arthritis, at the moment I am using the Razer Deathadder it's the most comfortable for me just now. I may have to switch to my Naga for WoD but I bought a Razer Orbweaver which I'm getting used to, if I can just get a bit more used to it I will stick with my Deathadder.

A shitty Dell 3-button mouse. It works well enough for my purposes. I have an old Logitech wireless notebook mouse with side buttons, but the form factor isn't very comfortable.

Evoluent VerticalMouse
Best thing I ever bought. It's supringsly comfortable. Normal mice give me wrist pains.

For work I found the evoluent mice too big for my hand and not very comfortable but luckily Anker have a vertical mouse that fits me perfectly and was only £12 or so. My aches and pains have gone since i started using it at work. I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet that really helped but the mouse is more convenient.

Anker Vertical Ergonomic Mouse For a couple of quid it's worth trying one of these or an evoluent or pen tablet if you use a mouse for long sessions and are getting aches or twinges in your hands.
