Probably teleportation.

Apparently 95% of the universe isn’t reachable by us even if we can somehow construct a spacecraft that can travel the speed of light because the universe is expanding faster than the speed of light. Traveling back in time is likely impossible.

If we can use quantum entanglement to somehow teleport humans maybe it’ll be possible. Doub any of these happen in the next 1,000 years.

1000 years is extremely short term though. Even 10,000 is. And just imagine all our predictions are based on a measly few hundred years of science.

It is, but technology I feel expands more by each year. Each year has a greater technological advancement than the last, so respective to our history, 1,000 years is nothing. It's a blip. But it'll also be an incredible leap in technology. IMO, infinitely greater than 1020 to 2020 advancements. In 1,000 years we'll definitely be able to communicate without talking. We'll be able to have any good we want delivered within minutes. Synthetic humans who can do whatever we need, including fuck. We'll likely have artificial replacements for any limb or organ. I wouldn't be shocked if eternal life is found in the next 1,000 years with forms of anti-aging, new limbs, and uploading consciousness into computers.

And the next 1,000 years after that will be even greater, so I like to break it down into manageable time periods that you can dissect and analyze.

Agreed, but going along with that line if thinking, imagine 50,000 years from now. I think our perspective is extremely skewed because we're very primitive still, even compared to humans in 1000 years as you say, but humans 10,000 or 50,000 years will seem godlike to those humans in 1000 years, and absolutely unfathomable to us.
