Mario Kart is really all I want. Maybe Metroid.... but everything else is a big disappointing meh for me.

air riders tho… I don't know the first one was weird. One button. Not sure I could or would pay for $70 for it.

MK World and DK are the most likely, then the Duskbloods. But will need to find out more.

I'll pick up Mario Kart World whenever I get the system. The last one I played was Mario Kart Wii, so it's been awhile. Other than that, The Duskbloods looks interesting and I'll probably get that too.
 
If I was buying a switch I'd only want Mario Kart and DK. Duskbloods would be a maybe if I paid for online. Nothing else they showed is of any interest to me.

EDIT: Though, seriously, I'll pick up MKW and DKB and maybe even the new Kirby, but only after something like Smash or Mario or Zelda come along. If I have the money for it, I'll try out Bravely Default too. I've heard good things.

Bravely Default so far, I was banking on the backward compatibility to hold me off but the upgrade packs and the way they held back on so much info regarding BC has let me down.
 
Mkw, Metroid 4, DK bananza, and maybe the upgrades for botw/totk, maybe the GameCube controller and online pass for F-zero. Also hoping the GameCube controller can be used to play Mario sunshine included in the Mario all stars switch game
 
I have Nintendo fanatic friends. I'll borrow it from them a few years along the line after they've bought a few games I'm interested in. Not interested in anything yet..

The big first-party games (Mario Kart, DK, Air Riders, Prime 4) are all exciting to me. Not a lot of third-party things I want yet outside of Hades II and Silksong. Hoping Resident Evil shows up soon...

If I decide to get the Switch:

Except for MKW that would be bundled, I wouldn't get any of the rest Day 1, except for maybe Ridge Racer port.

Bravely Default I would get but it's not really on the cart so no hurry. Might take a look at Asian or Japanese version and see if there is a difference.

I'll also play the Switch 2 versions of Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Hades 2 and Silksong also interest me but I might play those on PC instead.

Those are the games I want but I'll have to check with the lady of the house if some other games caught her attention but she's already depressed as it is since Pikmin wasn't there.

I would typically be all over a new FromSoftware game, but I hear that The Duskbloods is some type of PvPvE deal and I'm not into that. I'd prefer a traditional level-based Souls experience.

After the insane Treehouse demo of Metroid Prime 4, I'm ready to move it into the "definitely" tier.

Still undecided on Donkey Kong though. The environmental destruction looks wild, but, god, I hate that garish color palette.
