Obviously, she's telling this guy to stop moving away and stay with her because wherever he's moving to doesn't have someone that will love him like she does. It's pretty obvious.

Hm, I've never heard anyone use "maps" as a slang word. Maybe it's a pet name for him. "Hello Maps, how are you?".

Who says lyrics (ESPECIALLY in the indie/punk world) had to conform to any typical slang? It's a personal song. She could very well be commanding the maps to stop this man from moving. You can tell especially by the way she's expressing herself. It's just a dead giveaway. It's like HE won't listen to her so she feels helpless, so she's yelling 'maps' as a last resort. Meaning he could have already left and she's just trying to get over it.

It could be someone's name too... but the general idea of the song is exactly the same. She doesn't want him to leave, but stay, because she is in love with him. The end.
