Always shocks me how we normalised dogs pissing everywhere, but when a human does it they get fined.

We used to have a Doberman as a guard dog.. He was the sweetest SOB you could find..

Speaking of German breeds.. My dad used to be a breeder of German Shepards along with taking them to competitions.,. That is another breed, that is absolutely gorgeous and just pure unadulterated loyalty and love.

German shepherd (sister’s and mine, ancient girl)

German shepherd (parents’, mid life pure bread/papered and absolutely beauty of the pack)

Kind of a dog family I grew up in, and while we love our German shepherds, I kinda want to try a corgi when the time is right.
