Agreed with this. Those two were my fave as well and seemingly the most rare in people's sets, lol.Didn't really play with them but the bazooka and the guy kneeling with the machine gun tripod were the best.
That was the main use, yeahI grew up with Star Wars figures. Those green army dudes never stood a chance.
They melted real good tho

Started my military fetish.
You fly these around in slow motion, while making jet sounds, trying to simulate drift and banking as realistically as possible too?
I loved these, also loved the Army Man 3D game:
......Because my G.I. Joe's needed other toys to fuck up in battle. Why would anyone play with Green Army Men when we had:
'murica = the whole world. bullshit american propaganda toys don't really do well unless it's the USA.Why would anyone play with Green Army Men when we had:
These were the only military toys I was into:
Because my parents could not afford quality licensed toys but I was able to swap "junk toys" and candy easily for handfuls of green army men becuse of how common and undervalued they were.Everyone had them somehow, but yeah they were junk. Why would any kid waste their time on these in a world where GI Joes, Star Wars figures, Transformers etc etc. existed.
A lot of people had them because their older siblings had them so they got passed down. They started selling in the 1950s.Everyone had them somehow, but yeah they were junk. Why would any kid waste their time on these in a world where GI Joes, Star Wars figures, Transformers etc etc. existed.
Yeah I loved them but I remember having some better quality ones than in those pics. Definitely had some Gurhkas and some post WWII British soldiers, some of them partially painted.
