She hasn't changed that much, but she's definitely not young anymore.
Women reach a peak of beauty and then decline.
Imperfections are more noticeable in women than in men. A guy, if he takes good care of himself, can turn his old age into an advantage, and some men even look better as they age than they did when they were young.
This is impossible for women.
Some women still manage to age well (which is rare, e.g. Sigourney Weaver), others become honestly ugly or botoxed (which amounts to the same thing).

While this is the rule there are exceptions.
Jennifer Beals in the L-word in her 40s and later even going on 50 was significantly hotter than she was in Flashdance at 20.
