Looks so weird tbh.

It's a crudely drawn black stick figure thing ...you wouldn't understand.

Walking upright isn't something that animals do naturally. Only makes sense there's going to be a few superficial aberrations in how we teach ourselves to do it.

My brother in law does this. I have to say it's kind of embarrassing. I don't get it but it would be rude to say anything I think. Whatever.

That is erectus dominus, a latent physiological phenomenon typically occurring in the Yeast Phase of a person's upper mid leg territory.

Awkward gate can stem from any number of physical and/or mental issues. Also just from habit formed at a young age for no particular reason.

If I stand up straight with my knees pointing forward, my feet stick out to the sides. I'm cool with it, though I'm sure it's partially the reason that when I jog I need to use ankle support and my knees have as much equipment on them as Stone Cold Steve Austin's.

see when you got a big ass elephant dong you gotta walk like dis \ / because it keeps knocking yo legs apart.

I agree with Op.

There's this guy who I really hate at work. I dont even know him and I've had like 2 interactions wit h him in 2 years, but he's a total unfriendly slob and I don't like him. One day I bought a pair of sneakers, kind of not very common sneakers, and like 3 weeks later he had the same pair. Of course, his got grungy and disgusting and he still wears these old as dirt sneakers today. He also stinks up the bathroom every day at like 1:15pm just dropping horrific poop bombs that smell like total garbage.

Well, he walks that way, splaying his feet out like that. It's like a duck. Makes me hate him even more.

Also, neogaf is amazing:

Almost 3 years ago this same thread was made, haha... #1 result in my google

I have bad posture and walk like this. Hunched shoulders, butt jutting too far back, etc. It's difficult to overcome. Doesn't help that I'm built like an orangutang.

Guys you're mean, it's a handicap. Wore orthesis as a kid and it helped, but I still walk a bit like this. My ankles hurt like hell after a day of work and I run weird. :(

I used to walk like that so please guys, stop being so offensive. Many times it's a feet problem that can be corrected, even after childhood. It can be very simple and discrete or be a really bad problem.

Broke my right foot after an arcade cabinet fell on it. Severely sprained it (with torn ligaments) a few years back.

I walk like this. I have twisted femurs, and literally can't go pigeon toed.
It's done a number on my knees from distance running, and I'll likely have to stop one day, but while I can still run 10km, I'll do it.

So, in short, don't be mean. They can't necessarily help it.
