For me the appeal of peanut butter cups is their softness, especially when they are close to melting. So I never understood eating them in an ice cream, big frozen chunks that seem to lose all of the flavor.
You're not to far off and from most answers so far I say we have a winner at Cookies and Cream,but......
Double Stuffed Cookies and Cream is the g.o.at. I dare anyone to find a better challenger for the crown.
Blue moon, it has a very distinct taste that I haven't been able to identify in any other product.
Americone Dream is God's gift to an indifferent, empty universe.
I love it too. Rare to meet others who have even heard of it.Word. Blue moon is awesome. I always get a scoop when I visit my local Chocolate Factory.
We also have a gelatto (sp?) place nearby that does an awesome pistachio flavor.

We got it in Ohio!Blue moon is so damn good, and absolutely my favorite ice cream. I ordered some Blue Moon online back when I was living in New England since it seems like no one outside of Michigan, Indiana, or Illinois has ever heard of it.

Was about to post this.If it's got peanut butter and chocolate it's the best.
I like fruit in my ice cream. For some reason, no one seems to want wander beyond strawberry. Why is that? I always go for Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia, because I just can't seem to find too many other places that serve black cherry ice cream.
Dairy Queen does a tropical blizzard with Pineapple, Banana, and Coconut that I think is divine.
Anyone else do a fruity ice cream that ISN'T strawberry?
EDIT:
Holy crap. Where can I find this???
