All those 4 are awesome games!

Ninja Gaiden 2. Blood, guts, can be difficult and challenging and the list goes on. All of them are great games. But NG 2 takes the cake.

I was gonna choose Vanquish but it's the Xbox 360 version, 720p sub-30 fps and all. It's faaar better to play it on PS4/XBO or PC.

So I'm gonna choose Metal Gear Rising instead.

Fuck, it's a hard pick. But I love Bayonetta and Metal Gear Rising just because of how absolutely bonkers they are.

Ninja Gaiden II! The dismemberment/obliteration techniques, a.i., level design, bosses, weapons, wall-running, jumping off of walls...yeah, Ninja Gaiden II is (pretty easily) my GOAT for action games.

I would choose Vanquish over NG 2, because it redifined 'fast paced 3D action game' for me.

Since MGR was a little bit to sloppy with the controls and hit detection I would prefer Bayonetta.
Also Bayonetta is way more sexy

I really quite enjoy Vanquish. It turned out that it fixed every problem i had with Gears of War.

-Oozing with style
-Funny as hell
-a decent challenge
-really easy to learn

Gears always felt slow and laborious to me and i didn;t really like anyone in it. Vanquish is just a blast start to finish.

You are a ninja! Don't be a dog! Learn, anticipate, and listen for cues to incoming enemy attacks! Also, the camera can be reset in an instant by tapping RT. That is all. -_-

Ninja Gaiden has many weapons, Obliteration Technique, More enemies, the combat is faster.

Metal gear rising, combat is more dynamic, motion capture is more spectacular, zandatsu is the best.

Vanquish is more cinematographic, better bullet time, more choreographic.

I dislike Bayonetta, it's hateful.

I never played the original Ninja Gaiden 2, but since Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is one of my favorite games ever and judging by videos and fan impressions, the original seems even better, I say Ninja Gaiden 2.

I'm a huge fan of Metal Gear Rising and Vanquish though. I respect Bayonetta a lot, very deep game mechanic-wise, but I'm not much into the setting/thematic.

Bayonetta was my undisputed 2010 game of the year, Revengeance was my GOTY for 2013. I might have beaten Ninja Gaiden 2 or got an ass whoopin from the last boss, I can't remember. I picked up the Vanquish/Bayonetta combo recently, but I never played Vanquish.

Definitely Ninja Gaiden 2. A bigger and better version of the first game, which was already perfect. The other games on that list are good, but none come close to the NG series.
