What's your most wanted games of 2005?

Zelda: Minish Cap
RE4
Zelda: Cubed
FFXII
Suikoden IV
Fire Emblem 2 (GBA)
Fire Emblem (Cube)
DS Wars (Advance Wars DS, Advance Wars 3, whatever...and a DS system to go with it)
Castlevania DS (if it makes it)
FFIII DS
Wanda
Maybe a PSP (with Talkman, and hopefully some good 2D games)

While it's been a stale shitcake of a console, I think the Cube will ownz 2005 - RE4 & Zelda.

Cube probably owned whatever year F-Zero GX came out in.

F-Zero and Wipeout... the greatest videogame series' of all time???

alot of demand for Castlevania DS even though we haven't seen it yet. Fuck yeah what a great franchise it is.

I knew you were one of the good ones.
Yeah, I'm disappointed that more people haven't mentioned it, but I've been dying to play it since I beat the first game (which I loved) this past summer. I think I'm looking forward to it more than the new Zelda, which, for a Nintendo fan such as myself, is saying something... I hope I'm not disappointed.

Limited it to 10, and tried to include at least one game from every platform:

Arx Fatalis II (XBox, ...I hope)
Dragon Warrior VIII: The Sky, the Sea, the Earth, & the Cursed Princess (PS2)
Final Fantasy III (DS)
Final Fantasy XII (PS2)
Fire Emblem II (GBA)
Fire Emblem: Trail of Fire (GC)
Front Mission Online (PS2)
Jade Empire (XBox)
Kingdom Hearts II (PS2)
Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim (PSP)

I would want Zelda, but it's the only title announced for the cube that I had any interest in. And I just sold my cube, so I doubt I'll go to the trouble of picking another one up just to play Zelda, unless I'm rich by the time it comes out or they bundle it.

wanda
dmc3 (i didn't like the first two, but the trailers look cool enough that i'll give it another shot)
katamari damacy oni

er...i'm sure there are more. but i can't think of them.

1.) Final Fantasy XII

Interestingly enough, this thread on The Next Level asked a similar question, but limited people to choosing five. Here was my response:

1. TimeSplitters: Future Perfect--TimeSplitters 2 was my favorite first-person shooter on this generation of video game systems, and this game looks like it's really going to kick it up a notch.
2. Rise of the Kasai--it's the follow-up to The Mark of Kri, which I enjoyed.
3. Champions: Return to Arms--it's the follow-up to Champions of Norrath, and looks like it'll have more depth (and supposedly a much better interface for online play).
4. Wanda and the Colossus--it's done by the same team as Ico, and that was just such a beautiful game that I can't wait to see what they do next.
5. Unity--it's being developed by the very talented Jeff Minter, and is the only remaining reason why I am even considering getting a GameCube at this point (since most of that system's other really good games are being ported to PS2).

Later, I remembered that Enthusia is also coming in 2005, so that's another one I'd like to try. God of War is another promising game that looks really good.

I'd also like to try the PSP games Darkstalkers Chronicle, Gran Turismo 4 Mobile, Lumines, and Mercury.

That Genji title looks hawt. Never heard of it before.

Understandable, considering it was revealed at the same time as Wanda. It's the game from ex-capcom employee Yoshiki Okamoto.
