That's right. He's keynoting at a conference in Tokyo, and I think Gamefront had it that it'd be PS3 related. I don't know if we'll get anything new or not, but it'd be nice. If he is actually talking about PS3, I can't imagine he'll go to do a keynote without having SOMETHING new to say.

CES 2006 as mentioned? Sony, particullary SCEA would be there so its obvious they'll be there. If anything, we'll probably learn about the NA lineup since TGS was nothing but a showcase for Japanese lineup

Kutaragi rarely speaks of technical details, his speaking generally talks of the more abstract goals of SCE or Sony group. Those who are looking for RSX details will be disapointed (that's more Masa Chatani) while those who want to hear about Cell's use in the digital home will likely be impressed.
