Powerball:
"won by matching all five white balls in any order and the red PowerBall."

So first 5 numbers can be in any order and not sequencial? I always thought they those huge prizes had to be in order.

Well, Powerball actually has nine times worse odds than 6/49 lotteries because of the Powerball (1 in 120,526,770 compared to 1 in 13,983,816).

They're non-sequential because sequential lotteries have extremely low odds (1 in 10,068,347,520 for a 6/49). Go here for more information.
