6 Feet
148 pounds

Global
Above average
You have a higher BMI than 82% of males aged 15-29 in the world

National
Below average
You have a lower BMI than 62% of males aged 15-29 in your country

You're most like someone from Belarus*

I'm mostly muscle though and aside from it, I don't look like I'm 190 lbs.

These stats feel weird, though, as I cannot believe that my BMI is lower than 87% of males in my age group in the US. That seems absurdly high.

I exercise regularly, eat well and pay attention to what and how much, but my weight still varies quickly between 154 and 145 in the last few years. Pretty much altered my routines so that I do a more balanced weight lifting and cardio regimen these days, but giving up 95% of my sugar and dairy, outside of yogurt, actually did a more stable job of keeping me on the low end of my regular range. Pretty amazing how fast you get to pack on the weight after your metabolism slows in your mid-life years.

Check out "The Weight of the Nation", it's a HBO documentary on the US obesity epidemic. It's freely available to watch on Youtube.
America really has some big problems ahead in the near future, what with one third of children already being obese. It's horrifying.

Of course I have a higher BMI than 95% of the world. I live in the US and the majority of the world is starving and lives in poverty.

It's sad that I can't tell if you're serious. There are plenty of people that would actually think this.

BMI is completely flawed. So I got a new job back in March and basically stopped exercizing to any regular degree. I used to go to the gym 4x a week and played basketball rigorously 3x a week, and usually ran about 3mi twice a week. I wasn't a fitness guy it was just my schedule, it worked for me. I was in good shape, 6'4" about 192 - 194 lbs on a given day. So, since March, i haven't gone to the gym once (lost my membership from my old job), I've played basketball like... three times in 4 months, and I've run a small handful of times. However, I'm still 6'4" and about 192 - 194 lbs on a given day. I don't eat nearly as healthy anymore, and I am noticeably more fat than I was 4 months ago.

yet BMI will tell me that I have the same body mass index as I did when I was fit. It's bull shit.

Oh, I did the thing. I have a 24 on this thing. For me to get down to 21 (the 'ideal'), I would have to be 6'4" 175lbs. Which... is so ridiculous.

Well shit bring some down to San Diego tomorrow then. You can visit comic con GAF while you do it. ;)

Wish I could, wish I could. It's not crunch right now, but it is mad busy still. One day I'll get to comicon... ;_; Oh! Did you happen to one of our games there, though...? :D

You're 5' 3"?!

:O

I stripped nekkid just for this thread and weighed myself to get my exact weight. It's extremely important to have accurate results people!

It's closer to 5'4" but I feel like I'm cheating when I add those extra millimeters. And, is 5'3.5" strange? Did you think I was taller or shorter?

I like vietnamese food.

Vietnamese food > Ethiopian food. I should have given myself that extra .5 inch!
