What sadistic POS made these two articles of clothing almost standard American business-wear? I don't understand it. They're not useful. They sure as hell aren't comfortable(I'm guessing on the heels). And they don't look particularly nice.

Except for those mile high jet black/red/clear porn stillettos. Them boys do something to me.
