He's Ronin until Siege ends, then he's going back to Hawkeye. Preview covers for post-Siege issues are already out. He's going to be in the main Avengers book with Cap, Thor, and Iron Man, so I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up in the game.

I would honestly be perfectly happy to see almost all of those characters in the game, minus the Avengers Academy kids to the left that no one knows anything about and maybe Jessica Jones. And Jarvis. But really the whole right 2/3 of that image would be cool to see in the game.

Yeah Steve is going to be "Super Soldier" a secret avenger member and the wearer of that crappy suit with a star on it in that image you posted. I just figured since the Ronin suit is going to be empty they'd slide him in there.
