Considering the first two are roided to the gills and that probably fucks them up so badly when nobody is looking - I would go with Brosnan, although without the hobo beard.

It's called Testosterone Replacement Therapy, you make it sound like they're shooting up in an alley. They have the best doctors and physicians money can afford. I hope I can afford TRT when I hit my late 50s, fuck being a limp-dick scronny old man.

Well, Stallone and Arnold aren't on TRT. They're on "TRT" *wink* (super-physiological doses). They may have the best gear from high priced doctors, but it's still gear.

I just started regular TRT a month ago at age 45. Even just a few weeks in, it's definitely making life better - mainly sleep and recovery.

I'm not sugar-coating it, but also what's wrong with taking "gear" if it's administered by professionals? As you know, it's not like some cheat code where you magically get ripped after taking it, you have to put in the work to get results. What TRT does is help you recover after hard workouts and get erections like a younger man would. You're replacing the testosterone that you no longer produce in your later years. Again, I know you know this. This is more for people who think steroids = muscle head, violent, drug addict.

Yeah, for sure. Having lifted on and off (a lot of off) for the last 18 years, the thing I think most people can't wrap their head around is the willpower it takes just to show up to the gym and lift 4+ hours a week, and eat relatively clean for years on end. Lots of guys can do it for 3 months. But what percentage of those guys can stay consistent for a whole year? I would guess 1 in 10 or less. And of that smaller group, how many can do it for 3+ years? 6+ years? 10+ years?

Sly and Arnie have been at it for basically their entire adult lives. IDGAF if the gear makes it easier or not - it's the dedication and consistency that's so damn impressive.

I'd argue that it's probably mostly fine to do it even without it being administered by professionals as long as you do your research, know the risks, stick to a plan, and aren't buying your gear in the gym locker room or our of the back of a van.
