That movie is practically 90% car chases or their pedestrian equivalent, the animu-style slo-mo fight between edgy clothes and edgier hairstyles.

* marks action sequences. Freeway scene is 17 minutes out of a movie that's two hours and some change, so it's definitely not a MINOR sequence, but this is the first time I've ever seen the amount of action scenes being a complaint in The Matrix: Reloaded. It's easily the slowest film in the series.
