If you were as "neutral" as you're acting now you would know why. That's very obviously not the case though.Oh, i'm curious, why?
Feel free to share a single CW post i made, ever. And what about you?
I never seen him defend any console to be honest. You, i just remember your username from way before when i was just lurking. If you were as "neutral" as you're acting now you would know why. That's very obviously not the case though.

Seems like a temp banDidnt know they actually banned the biggest fanboy on here ... Bo Hazem
On a serious note its been great seeing full discussions on here that are kept civil from both sides, quality of threads has gone up
Is it that difficult to not post like a brain dead fanboy?I'm so afraid of posting anything anymore because I might get banned for it.
I'm not allowed to have an opinion though? Is it that difficult to not post like a brain dead fanboy?

Is your opinion steeped in the irrational love of one corporation and the irrational hatred of other corporations?I'm not allowed to have an opinion though?
Neither. I point out flaws where I see them regardless of which system I personally prefer. Is your opinion steeped in the love of one corporation and the hatred of other corporations?
Just don't post stupid low effort shit about any platform. I've never seen anyone get banned for legit criticism, or pointing on the difference between games on two different platforms.I'm so afraid of posting anything anymore because I might get banned for it.
The people being banned arent being banned for posting thoughtful criticisms of games or consoles.Neither. I point out flaws where I see them regardless of which system I personally prefer.
Yup.Personally, I think the missing element is just a tiny bit of effort into post creation. Whether that is reading for spelling errors, good vocabulary and grammar, adding additional video / picture / links to supplement your points, or just putting effort into a well explained new idea - that's usually the best defense against getting moderated. Even if you skirt the line closely a few times, if you actually put some content into the post - it makes it a little more palatable.
People should go back and look at posts on this forum from 2015 and earlier. The conversation level was just at a higher reading level. More effort put into posts on average. More effort put into OPs in particular. More people post from their phones than computers now, so that makes it a little more challenging and things change. But the best way to protect yourself is to just try to be a better poster.
I think if more people did that, then hopefully moderation could also relax a bit and leave some room for jokes and occasional shitposts, which we all like to do from time to time. But people do have to try and clean up the front page a little bit with just better content.
Well, are you awake?Huh?
Wow. I just checked the recent bansScroll to the bottom of any page and you will see a little button that says “Bans”. Here is a link if you can’t find it.

Funny, I believe there's no free speech here. For example, If I say returnal is an indie game I get a warning, if I say demon's souls is a failure because it only sold 1.4 million in a year I get a warning. The only reason I post here is because of free speech. The console warring here was/is insane but not sure if banning it will help. The rivalry is what makes it interesting too. Dunno. The obnoxious ones ruined threads, but nothing at all could neuter the forum.
If you look at all the bans lately, sure some definitely were being fanboys. Others seemed to be just stating an opinion about a game, service, decision, etc.Is it that difficult to not post like a brain dead fanboy?
Its all in presentation.I'm so afraid of posting anything anymore because I might get banned for it.
It's a drive by. It's a snarky drive by. He did not add anything meaningful to the discussion other than an attempt at a quick gotcha. Last few months you would probably have seen how threads just devolve into flame wars and usually those would start with a similar snarky comment. Hence the mod warning. Maybe his comment would have been tolerated prior to the mod warning, but definitely it won't be now.
There might be some friendly fire for sure, but if the end result is that there’s fewer and fewer moronic RAH RAH Corporations! posts, it’s probably worth it.If you look at all the bans lately, sure some definitely were being fanboys. Others seemed to be just stating an opinion about a game, service, decision, etc.
It's a judgement call I guess, but it feels like their is a tendency to assume saying anything negative is console warring - or, in some cases, saying something GOOD about one platform, if the other platforms don't match it.

If I say Halo looks like it's going to suck k get banned.
If I call cyberpunk "Cyberbug" I can't make threads for a year.
On the other hand if I say Returnal is a AAA game I don't get a warning
If I say Demon's Souls was a huge success I don't get a warning.
If I say Cyberpunk plays just fine and people are making drama I don't get a warning.
If I say Halo looks like a great game with spectacular visuals I don't get banned.
Calling names seems a lot more deserved of being banned thant disagreeing on wether a game it's indie or AAA.I remember. You wouldn't shut up about Returnal being an indie game, which is wrong in and of itself, to talk constant shit about Sony's lineup. Sounds justified
It's no wonder i disowned you junior

But here you are without being banned after your constant harassment.
Exactly this.Its all in presentation.
Exactly. I can't critize a game because I get warning about console warring whatever that means. I own a PS5, I don't own an Xbox. I get warning when I say there's no games to play and I've been playing PS4 games for almost a year.If you look at all the bans lately, sure some definitely were being fanboys. You people need helpI completely stand by you; this is a forum for discussion and people participating should be allowed to do so without constant arbitrary policing. It is sad to see how some other gaffers have ganged up on you and chastizing you for voicing your concern; this is truly disappointing to see. I think the mod who banned you should be banned for abusing his power and removing your post for no particular reason.
Imagine having this much spare energy to waste on bitching about efforts to clean up retards shitting up actual discussions because they’re super insecure about which plastic box they chose to buy.I completely stand by you; this is a forum for discussion and people participating should be allowed to do so without constant arbitrary policing. Yes, saying good things is the same as saying bad things about a game. What part of that you don't agree with and why? What? You think saying good things about games should be treated the same as obvious negative fanboy rhetoric?
That's is more typical fanboy rhetoric. The infamous "Xbox has no games" line is derivative of the same factually inaccurate nonsense. Owning a console doesn't really mean a thing. It certainly doesn't give anyone a license to trash it with regurgitated fanboy lines.
As far as "free speech", this is a privately owned forum. "Free speech" doesn't apply.
